What is Cunningham Technique?
The only way to do it is to do it. – Merce Cunningham
Cunningham Technique is a rigorous form of training designed to create strength and flexibility in the body–mind. With an emphasis on learning by doing, we clarify movement, rhythm, and direction, take risks, and investigate complex patterns. We curve, tilt, twist, arch, triplet, leap, and more.
