Affiliated to Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, London , our teachers come with a combined experience of 60 years in teaching dance. For us its not just about teaching ballet and jazz . It is about imparting important life skills like discipline, persistence, creativity, tenacity and more.

Not just any exercise class – an integrative approach targetting the entire body combining Callanetics, Pilates, Yoga and over 40 years of classical ballet. Low impact, adaptive, get lean and strong. Classes suitable for dancers and non-dancers alike. Classes are being conducted only in-studio.

I must tell you all , it's not very easy to engage the kids the way Ms. Yana and team do. It's not easy at all. I have been training teachers how to improvise their presentation skills on online sessions ... And here I see the instructors so brilliantly using every rule in the book and more- their voice , their tone , their body language .... Everything about these online sessions Speak about giving these kids peace of mind and a happy imaginary -Me Place of their own ..in their world of Ballet. I would love to appreciate your efforts in making your classes so interactive- amazing and something my child looks forward to every Thursday. As a person working in this space of mental health in kids and On behalf of every parent who's child comes to your class and experiences this wonderful place away from all the chaos and noise , I would like to whole heartedly thank you and the team. Watching my child run around , hop around, sing around , jump around - her whole day is so musical and so full of dance. It's like watching a live ballet performance every day. Right from the song that was selected, which was so meaningful to the steps taught , everything was perfect! A big hug and thank you to all the teachers who made this show a grand success.
